Cet atelier offre un aperçu de toutes les phases d'un projet et des éléments à mettre en place à chaque étape. Le scénario, le budget et la structure financière sont les points clés auxquels la plupart des créateurs pensent, mais de nombreux autres éléments doivent être intégrés pour faire avancer un projet et élaborer un plan efficace et assurer sa réussite.

This workshop that gives the overview of all the phases of a project and what elements need to be put in place at each phase.  The main points of script, budget and financial structure are the ones most creators think of but there are many other elements that have to be aligned in and around these to move a project forward and efficiently create a plan to achieve success.

Les producteurs n'ont pas besoin de tenir la comptabilité de leur projet, mais ils doivent s'assurer que leur structure comptable leur fournira les informations nécessaires et leur permettra de fournir aux agences gouvernementales et à leurs partenaires financiers des rapports et des justificatifs précis. Producers do not need to do the actual accounting of their project but they do need to ensure that their accounting structure will give them what they need in information and that they will be able to provide the government agencies  as well as their financial partners the correct reports and backup. The different media forms - fiction, documentary, news, reality tv - have different work habits and needs and the accounting structure needs to adapt to them . Each financial partner will want a report at some point.
